Manager

A marketing manager plays a vital role in promoting the business and mission of the foundation. It serves as the face of our foundation. Coordinating and producing all materials representing the foundation. It is the Marketing manager's job to reach out to prospects, participants, investors and/or the community while creating an overarching image that represents our foundation in a positive light.

Requirements

  • Developing the marketing strategy in line with the foundation’s objectives.

  • Monitor and create reports.

  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.

  • Basic skills in Google Drive

  • Understanding design

  • Public relation skills

  • Basic skills in Microsoft office 

  • Knowledge/Understanding of other cultures  

  • Social media connoisseur

  • Attention to detail

  • Goal-oriented

  • Background in graphic design

  • Team player

Education

MBO or higher

  • Experience/Studied within the relative marketing field

  • Journalistic skills (a plus)

Language Requirements

  • Proper command of Dutch and English (Written and Speaking)

  • Other languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Research and identify relevant events and tradeshows that support company goals and objectives.

  • Overall responsibility for brand management and identity

  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and social that attracts and converts our target groups

  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

  • Must be Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
