Important Terms and Conditions
1. Sales Policy
- All sales are final.
- No exchanges or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Package Collection
- All packages must be collected during the designated collection period unless alternative arrangements have been made and explicitly approved by Karnival Mania.
- The individual collecting the costume must present the following documents:
--The credit card used for the online purchase.
--A copy of the cardholder’s official identification.
-If the collector is not the owner of the costume, they must provide a copy of the official identification of the registered costume owner. No exceptions will be made.
Final Balance
- The final balance for your costume must be paid in full before the distribution period begins.
- No cash payments will be accepted at the pickup location.
