Events Manager
We are searching for an enthusiastic event manager with a "can-do" attitude to assist our organization in hosting events that enhance our organization's image, improve member loyalty, and enhance our brand-to-public experience.
Events department is one of the most critical and vital sections of Small Island Unity. You will be the manager of creating the lasting image/impression all year round of what people view the organization's success and overcoming challenges.

Tasks

Understand and maintain the foundation’s Mission and Vision

Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts

Ability to engage an audience through social media posts and interactions

Handling logistics

Setting, communicating, maintaining timelines and priorities on every event project.

Handling budgets and invoicing.

Liaising and negotiating with vendors.

Negotiating sponsorship deals.

Manage branding and communication.

Developing event feedback surveys.
